In this blog, we are going to show you a new material we use for commercial outdoor rocking chairs – high-tech plastic wood. Some people would protest, saying plastic wood has been in use for many years. It is not something new. That is correct indeed, but we are talking about a completely different type of plastic wood.
Our plastic wood is not 100% plastic; instead it is a composite made of plastic and sawdust. Because of this, its surfaces look and feel like natural wood (such as teak), and so do its cross sections. Some people even mistake it for natural wood. The following is a picture for your reference.
